Cecilio Acosta lived in turbulent times of young Venezuela some 150 years ago.  He wrote: “Possibly, it is easy to find a great number of errors in Venezuelan history and it is also possible to be disenchanted with the  course of same”. “ I feel that more than just disenchantment:  we must learn from experience. The value of Nations should be measured by the  same standards  we value precious metals.  There are times of errors,  and yet truth always prevails in the end.  The life of nations, as much as individual pursuits, must be understood as a fight to prevail. And this fight in turn, is life-time schooling”.  We feel that Venezuela is a country full of opportunities.  It has always welcomed foreigners to form part of its  society.  Venezuela learns from errors.
